Today marks my sixth week interning for Wedding Salon as a part of the communications department. I have learned a lot so far and have had many tasks. I complete client outreach through emails, learned how to use FileMaker to update client information and HootSuite to schedule social media posts. In addition, I have also spent a great deal of time drafting up several posts for their blog feautured on their website. Wedding Salon blogs about hot topics in the bridal industry as well as vendor spotlights highighting their clients. Today my second blog was posted on their site.
